Grammy Signature Schools 2009 Finalist

Dear Students and Parents,

It is my pleasure to be able to announce to you that the Mira Costa Music Department has been selected as a GRAMMY® Signature Schools Finalist for 2009. The top 100 music programs from across the country are selected based on an extensive list of qualifications. You can go to http://www.grammyintheschools.com/ and click on ‘Signature Schools’ to find the link to the list of finalists. It is a great honor to be placed alongside these music programs by the GRAMMY® Foundation. We will keep you posted on the next stages of the process. – Joel Carlson
