The Marching Band will be out in full force to root for the team at their first playoffs game in three years! This is a home game and your last chance to see the Mark of Zorro halftime show. Call time is 6 pm, Game time is 7:30 pm.

Boys Concert Dress for 2008-2009 (UPDATE!) (posted 10/02/08)
Friar Tux Shop will be coming to MCHS on Tuesday, October 7th to fit students who need tuxedos and/or shirts. The fittings will be done during 3rd and 4th period symphonic and wind ensemble band classes. Students in 0 period concert band should come to the band room during lunch time for their fitting.
A memo and order form from Friar Tux Shop can be obtained from the download link below this announcement. The order form and payment should be returned to Mr. Carlson on Monday, October 6th, as explained in the memo. CONCERT DRESS REQUIREMENTS for boys in Concert Band, Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble: Tuxedo jacket, tuxedo pants, tuxedo shirt, black stud buttons for shirt, bow tie, black socks, black dress shoes.

Girls Concert Dress for 2008-2009 (posted 09/21/08)
Band Students (Girls): Please try on your concert dress to make sure it still fits! MBMS dresses should be altered to match the Mira Costa style. Note that there will NOT be a dress fitting done at MCHS - you will have to contact Joyce. See the flyer below this announcement for details. First concert for Wind Ensemble is October 23rd. For used concert clothing see list under Parents->Forms/Information link.
